Our website may display illustration packages with prices ranging from $199 to $1,999. Prices, deliverables, and package availability may change from time to time.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Final artwork will be delivered digitally through an agreed delivery method.

Requests that introduce a new concept, substantially change the original brief, or exceed the included revision limit may require additional payment and an adjusted timeline.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final deliverables.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nexyron Visuals retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, working files, methods, and reusable design elements.
The customer’s rights to the completed artwork, including any transfer of copyright, commercial usage rights, exclusivity, and restrictions, will be defined in the applicable package description or written agreement.
Customers must obtain written confirmation of any required copyright transfer or exclusive usage rights.
We will not knowingly use third-party materials in a way that infringes their rights. Customers are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide are authorized for use.
Nexyron Visuals may request permission to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, or promotional materials.
We will seek customer permission before publicly displaying confidential work or artwork for which public disclosure has been restricted by a written agreement.
Customers agree to:
